Terms and Conditions: Unlimited Consulting

1 – Unlimited consulting has a maximum of 20 hours top during the course of one month per client.
2 – All video-conferences must be scheduled at least 24 hours prior to date and time selected.
3 – Once the payment is verified in our system, you will receive an email to confirm the date and time of your first video-conference.
4 – Each video-conference has a minimum duration of 30 minutes and a maximum duration of 1 hour per session.
5 – The monthly period of service will start counting once the first video-conference is scheduled.
6 – The client can select between 1 and 20 hours of consulting video-conferences during the course of one month.
7 – The maximum amount of video-conferences scheduled per client must not be higher than 3 registrations per day.
8 – The non-use of scheduled hours during the month of service are responsibility of the client. This hours can’t be accumulated or extended for the next monthly period.
9 – Our team specializes in advising and processing requests. We do not guarantee the obtainment of permits, bank account openings, grants obtainment and proposal or contests allocation, in each stage where the institution resolves this type of analysis towards the candidate.
