1 – All video-conferences must be scheduled at least 24 hours prior to date and time selected.
2 – Once the payment is verified in our system, you will receive an email to confirm your date and time.
3 – The video-conference has a minimum duration of 30 minutes and a maximum duration of 1 hour per session.
4 – The maximun amount of video-conferences scheduled per client must not be higher than 3 registrations per day.
5 – In case the client presents any issue and requires a change of date and time, a re-schedule will be effective as long as the new selection doesn’t interfere with another’s client registration in the system. We operate with a flexible schedule.
6 – Our team specializes in advising and processing requests. We do not guarantee the obtainment of permits, bank account openings, grants obtainment and proposal or contests allocation, in each stage where the institution resolves this type of analysis towards the candidate.
