The process of filing monthly taxes and income forms are legal obligations that companies must meet both monthly and annually. The income statement is one that considers all accounting movements and affidavits that the company made in its last annual period of operation in order to define how much will be the total tax to be declared and paid to the State of Chile (SII) for that period.

When you start selling and or buying under the name of your company, you must purchase a digital billing certificate. This certificate allows you to invoice electronically to company suppliers by viewing all tax documents issued and received. It is the safest and most direct way to issue valid sales and purchase documentation before the Chilean internal tax service.
